We kindly ask you to inform us by phone (or via whatsapp) of the estimated time of arrival to
avoid unnecessary waiting and / or misunderstandings.

Upon arrival, it is necessary to deliver a valid identification document (Passport, Identity Card or
Driving License), necessary for the registrations required by current legislation. The data of our guests are treated in accordance with the current privacy legislation.

Then you will be shown the room with its bathroom assigned to you and the common areas at
your disposal. You will also be given the code of the room where you will be staying, which will
allow you to enter the structure at any time.

Inside our B&B, for reasons of public safety, access to other people other than registered guests is
prohibited at any time.

Check in: from 12:00 to 20.00 (in this case it will be necessary to agree with the owner of the structure), early or postponed times must be agreed at the time of booking.

Check out: it must be done by 11.00.

Late Check-out is possible only if agreed before the stay (additional service)

Breakfast can be consumed in the dining area between 08.00 and 10.30, unless otherwise previously agreed with the management.

The bed linen is changed every 3 days and at each guest change. The bathroom linen is daily.

The cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms is carried out between 10.00 and 12.30. We ask guests to vacate the room by 11 am to allow us to rearrange and clean it. We also ask you to arrange your personal belongings to allow such cleaning.

In case of cancellation 15 days before the stay, the amount paid will be refunded. In case of cancellation less than 15 days before the stay, the  deposit paid will be retained. In case of cancellation or modification within 3 days before arrival, the full amount of the stay will be retained. In case of cancellation during the stay by the guest, the full amount will be retained.
Early departures will not be refunded. In case of no show, you will be charged the full amount of the booked stay.

If the guest causes damage to the structure, to accessories belonging to the premises assigned to him or of any other kind, he is required to notify the owner immediately and after the necessary checks to charge the related expenses.

Pets are not allowed inside our facility.

Smoking, alcohol, drugs are forbidden. Smoking is prohibited inside our B&B. Compliance with this simple rule stems from the need to protect those who do not smoke or who will come after you, as well as a standard for fire prevention. The penalties of the law will be applied to offenders

1. Please do not prepare or eat meals in the bedrooms;

2. Please refrain from doing any action that could cause a fire, such as using devices that generate heat, such as a heating appliance, cooking appliances or irons in guest rooms;

3. Please do not use your room for any purpose other than accommodation;

4. Gambling or other acts that are contrary to the values of a good family or that cause annoyanceto others are strictly prohibited;

5. Please do not remove equipment or furniture from the B&B premises;

6. Running, shouting, jokes, are unacceptable behaviors, on the whole structure. This includes corridors, atrium areas, stairways, and bedrooms; If the guest does not comply with this regulation in its entirety, we reserve the right to interrupt your stay in our B&B, according to the applicable contractual regulations.
